Services
01.Architectural and property illustration
Fine black line illustration for developers, architects, interior designers and property professionals. One illustration or a full set, drawn from your photos, plans or a site visit. Used for development marketing, display suite artwork, gifting and editorial. One revision round included. About 4 weeks.
02.Place-based illustration
Pubs, cafes, restaurants, venues and illustrated maps, drawn in fine black line. The atmosphere and character a photograph can't quite hold. Simpler pieces take about 2 to 3 weeks. Large, detailed pieces and masterplan maps start from $5,000 and take about 4 to 6 weeks.
03.Sets for developers
A suite of illustrations for one project, drawn as a family in fine black line. $5,000 to $6,000 per illustration, quoted as one project total. Pricing depends on the number of buildings, level of detail, size and where the artwork will be used.
04.House portraits
particular house, drawn properly in fine black line. A settlement gift, a project milestone, something for the wall. About 1 to 2 weeks.
How it works
1. The brief
You tell me about the project and I confirm the scope, style and key details in writing.
2. Sign-off and payment
Once the brief is signed off, payment is in full and your slot is confirmed when it lands.
3. The drawing
I draw, and you get one consolidated round of revisions.
4. Delivery
Final high resolution files, ready for print and digital.
Extra revision rounds are $600 each. Changes that contradict the signed brief are charged at $150 an hour.
